On January 30th, 2025, NEMECYS and iToBoS held a joint stakeholder workshop to discuss project results and gather feedback from experts in the health domain. A key focus of the session was the Artificial Intelligence Privacy Risk Assessment (AIRA) tool, an innovative solution developed to assess privacy risks in Artificial Intelligence models.
AIRA is an end-to-end framework designed to address the challenges of existing privacy risk assessment tools, which often require specialised expertise or are tied to specific Machine Learning frameworks. By automating critical decisions, selecting appropriate attacks and metrics, and summarising results into an overall privacy risk score, AIRA enables a broader range of users—regardless of technical background—to evaluate Artificial Intelligence models effectively.
The workshop facilitated meaningful discussions, with participants providing valuable insights and raising important questions. Their feedback will contribute to further refining AIRA, ensuring it better meets the needs of real-world Artificial Intelligence privacy assessments.
