The NEMECYS project participated in the Health-ISAC 2025 European Summit, which took place in Rome, Italy, from 14-16 October 2025. Through its participation in this international forum, the consortium engaged with a specialised audience from the healthcare and cybersecurity sectors and further disseminated the project’s results.
A NEMECYS stakeholder workshop was organised by SINTEF and PD Neurotechnology titled “From Manual to Automated Cyber Risk Assessment: LLM-Assisted Threat Modelling with CORAS”, which took place on 14 October 2025 as part of the summit. The workshop presented an LLM- and RAG-driven CORAS tool and facilitated discussion on the opportunities and challenges of AI-assisted cyber risk assessment. Around 60 participants from public authorities, industry, and healthcare and security stakeholders attended the session.

In addition, Christos Androutsos (University of Ioannina) and Adamantios Ntanis (PD Neurotechnology) delivered a conference presentation titled “Tool enabled cybersecurity across the lifecycle of connected medical devices”. Their presentation focused on how the NEMECYS framework can be utilised to ensure the secure design, development, integration and operation of Connected Medical Devices (CMDs) in real-world healthcare environments.
The presentation was attended by medical device manufacturers, integrators and operators, as well as regulatory experts, developers and policy experts.
